2. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all text, images, photos, audio tracks, and information you upload to your invitations (“User Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, render, and display your User Content solely to operate the Service. You warrant that your User Content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harassing purposes.
- Uploading malicious software, viruses, or spam links.
- Attempting to bypass rate limits, server security controls, or authentication protocols.
- Impersonating another person or entity.
5. Subscriptions, Upgrades & Refunds
Free tier accounts allow creating invitations with standard features. Pro upgrades provide access to extended templates, audio players, and unlimited editing. Unless specified otherwise by mandatory consumer law, digital tier upgrades are non-refundable once delivered.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network errors, or third-party service interruptions.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
